Personal Training is just that- personal. Because you will be working with Sarah one-on-one, your sessions will be tailored for your specific needs.
Some clients choose to focus on increasing flexibility. Others are looking to strengthen a particular area of the body, or "tone up" a trouble spot. For individuals who have finished a physical therapy program and have been released from their therapist's care, Sarah can helping you regain your strength & mobility. As a dancer, Sarah has been through the injury & recovery process herself, so she is sensitive to the needs of clients who are trying to get back to the activities they used to enjoy.
Sarah enjoys working with people of all fitness levels, from absolute beginners to athletes. Because of Sarah's backgrond in Dance, she specializes in helping all of her clients build strong, lean, flexible physiques.
