Dancers are artists AND athletes. Dance by itself cannot keep dancers in good enough shape to dance safely. By building muscle strength (without building bulk), you can unlock your body's hidden flexibility, and greatly reduce your risk of injury. Sarah will guide you through exercises using balls, bands, rollers, and more that will take your performance further.
