At FitLAB Pilates, we follow STOTT PILATES© methodology, a contemporary approach that incorporates current biomechanical knowledge and modern principles of rehabilitative science. This method is infinitely adaptable to clients in different situations, whether they have chronic back pain, are post-rehab, pre-natal, or are professional athletes.


If you are new to Pilates, take advantage of our New Client Intro, a 55-minute one-on-one session for just $20. In this session, you’ll get a postural analysis to identify imbalances, and then you’ll learn basic Pilates principles and some exercises on mat and reformer.


Pilates Mat Classes are a great, inexpensive way to practice Pilates. Our instructors will guide you from beginner to guru, helping you find muscles you didn't know you had.


Pilates Equipment Training is like nothing else. The equipment, with its ropes, springs, and straps, is a little bit like a jungle gym for grownups. It's fun, challenging, and effective.
